      Default Mini Cuts

I plan to try a mini cut for a few weeks to shed off a little chubness. Has anyone tried a mini cut before? How did you set yours up?

From what i have read this seems to be the normal approach.

HOW TO SET UP A MINI-CUT

Step 1: Reduce calorie intake by roughly 750-1,000 calories Example: If you’re currently eating 3,500 calories you may reduce that to 2,500 or 2,750.

Step 2: Calculate your macronutrient breakdown *For the sake of keeping things simple we are going to base these numbers off your total body weight, not lean mass. Simply divide numbers by 2.2 if you’re using pounds (lbs). Protein: 2-2.5g per kg of bodyweight Fat: 0.75-1g per kg of bodyweight Carbohydrates: Fill the remaining calories Fibre: Roughly 15g per every 1,000 calories consumed

So I am currently eating 2800cals and i weigh 205lbs. So mine should look like this (if i am wrong please correct me)

      205 / 2.2 = 93
      Protein 93 x 2.5 = 233g 932 cals
      Fat 93 x .75 = 70g 630 cals
      Carbs 110g 440 cals
      Total cals: 2002cals

Any thoughts? This is mini cut will last a few weeks, not long.

(edited numbers, i want protein higher)
