TweetBtw, the 4lbs I gained back was muscle since I am on deca/test/winny. Wanted to clear that statement up.
TweetI'm 37 and have never really tried to diet thanks to being an ecto ive never really had to. So, I started a three day zero carb diet which ended up lasting about 5 days and WOW i felt different, absolutely amazing, energy, happy, positive thinking, but i couldnt sustain "being hungry all the time" so I changed it to a more modified diet where I eat under 50 carbs a day roughly.
I lost 7lbs and then gained like 4 back within a few days. Ive lost so much fat around my waist I shouldve tried this years ago!!
So now im getting leaner by the week and im loving it. By the way I take a medication that was affecting me in a negative way (drowsy) once I stopped carbs for the most part now i never get tired!!! It has literally changed my day to day life!

TweetThat's awesome bro! It's always a good feeling when you find something that works great for you. It's those amazing moments when you realize just how much food plays a roll. If I knew what I know now about food when I first started many years ago, I'd be a whole different beast.
TweetWow you got into keto quick. I am tired and feel crabby for 7-8 days and only feel good around day 10.
I love it man. Lots of good recipes on line and MCT oil is a must! Good luck.
TweetThanks guys, I feel dumb i never tried this before but being so low in BF year round i never thought about it. Lowering carbs has even eliminated my foot pain!
My metabolism is pretty fast that mustve pushed me into keto quick ay? I was doing some stretching and saw some cuts in my abs already. I usually train at 5am with just a large banana preworkout so i know my workout is burning some fat as well since theres not much to burn so early in the AM.
I need to pickup some mac or mct oil soon, ive been pounding eggs and nuts for fat and its getting old!
TweetGood for you! I imagine it is hard to stay on, such a regimen, for too long
