I stopped yesterday and grabbed some up for the house. It is super super dark. They had it all half price. So i got a quart for under 10 bucks. That's cheaper than the garbage that they claim is organic at the grocery store that you can pretty much see through. this stuff is so dark you almost cant see through it. He had back strap molassis sorgham, no shit organic jellys jams and salsas. we will be visiting his stand again
