TweetThis is my most recent thing, I have been adding, to my shake. Just started out with a tablespoon of fresh grated. It smells wonderful when it is being grated. Puts a kick in there, and tastes good. Since I do not take many supplements, I am just trying to use foods for best nutrition and body healing. I keep it in the freezer, and then take it out and grate then ack in there it goes.
