thats about it. I have considered a neutropic of some sort though. I am also thinking of either switching my b12 to b-complex or just straight up adding it.
I keep seeing so much about cbd but always thought it was a gimmick. My friend is in the marijuana industry in cali and i trust him very much. he said the basic "cbd" oil you get at stores and gas stations is all snake oil crap you have to find a good company.
Ive also heard you need a little thc to actually absurd all the cbd and get the benefits. My buddy takes i think he said 4mg of cbd twice per day and 1mg of thc with each 4mg dose.
I need to look more into it, i feel like everyone uses it now.
