TweetYeah that does help a little but like you, I still get up several times. Only times I do not is when I go to the gym late and sit in the sauna for 20 minutes then do not drink much water when I get home. Then I sleep good unless I wake with cotton mouth.
Yeah i second it. Getting old sucks. I wake 3-4 times to pee and it is not even a good pee. Thought about flomax but do not want another script. Cialis is great but my nose gets stuffy even on low doses.
