      i have been using it to help heal up my cnc and lower my caffine intake. i have actually cut my coffee intake in half while using it. i use the om organic mushroom powder from amazon

      I have seen great reviews on his products too. I decided to go with the 8:1 Extract from ND. I am also going to try to grow my own.I bought a growing from a local grower. It cost me 35 shipped and the owner said I can email him as much as i want for help.
