I have been using this for about a month. I got some data subjective and objective or in other words fact and opinion.
The form is isolate. Weight for weight it has more protein than whey protein.
Does it increase E2? No mine stayed exactly at 33 with no E2 blocker.
Can you build muscle on this? Yes but not as good as with whey. Why? I am not sure because it is a complete protein but it lacks an abundance of BCAA.
It is a faster acting protein.
It is easier on the tummy.
It does have a chalkie after taste. I have tried 3 brands and all are like this.
It mixes well in a shaker cup.
