ok man. like i said in the above. i have only been taking the nialor at full recommended dose for a few weeks and less than one bottle. so yes that is drastic haha. i have been doing the red yeast rice, super high dose fish oil, garlic, hawthorne berry and a couple other odds and ins prior. that alongside of the cardio and squeeky clean diet only bumped me down a bit. like you noticed the nialor in a very short period of time was stupid. some of the numbers i have seen and testimonials are incredible. i am almost willing to bet you can stay in the optimal range even on a crazy run as long as you keep it in.

on a side note you absolutely have to follow the directions with this stuff because the flushing will crush your nuts if not. i had been taking regular flushing niacin for a while and figured i was accustomed to it nicely. fuck no, my first dose was absolutely miserable and i immediately went to following the directions and now i am good to go haha.
