Solid Advice !!!
I sometimes have an Intra during my training sessions , but I eat 5 solid meals before I even train that I'm already feeling good when I get into the gym. I might , on the other hand, take a pre .
But post , def agree with the 5 options , plus I'll throw in EVOO, Peanut Butter, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream , def a whey protein and a weight gain protein as well . It's always different tho .
