TweetFor every gram of carb we an retain over 2 grams of water!!! Still believe we need those carbs but it is important to know what ones and when!

TweetMan my wife is now a home health RN. She sees so many patients that have type 2 diabetes. Many have had one or both legs amputated. I have meet a few. It's very sad to see. Many wont live much longer
Tweetfrom what i have read and heard sugar is the leading cause to damn near every deadly illness. even more so than eating an ass load of fat. it's crazy how much it effects everything and then when the pancreas shuts down it leads to a whole host of other issues. scary stuff for sure

Tweethell yeah. the bad part is, i am a sugar junky and love sweets. i limit them to once a week now though. i dont go ape shit crazy anymore but i am sure i still get some nasty inflammation from my one treat
