      Anyone use this?

I do like artichoke hearts in a flavored oil, or baked fresh ones with garlic, butter and breadcrumbs. I am going to try this extract. Found a good organic one so I am waiting for it to arrive. I am allergic to ragweed and it says this may bother people who are. so we shall see. I know extracts are very concentrated so I will start out with a low amount. Artichokes, in general, do not bother me though so I am hoping I can tolerate this

I love artichokes too. I am doing allergy immunotherapy for the ragweed and mountain cedar.
