      So is creatine just that? I mean you can get micronized, CEE, German, blah blah creatine matrix.

      But are these better than just good old creatine? I know it works well for me but I always just buy it is bulk by the kilo and have never tried the fancy creatines. Are they worth it or stick to old faithful?

      i think the microonized version may absorb a bit better but plan creatine mono is spot on regardless. all the other fancy crap is just to make you pay more money in my opinion

      From what Ive heard, creatine monohydrate is all you need. Maybe micronized. All that other fancy stuff they add to it is just marketing bs

      I've tried them all over the years. The only thing I ever noticed anything with was plain creatine monohydrate.
