TweetI cook on Sunday and Wednesday then pack it up. I work outside but have Tupperware heater in my truck if not its either cold or ill stop at 711 and use their microwave.
TweetWho consistently does this? Do you just do it 1 day a week? Any tips would be appreciated. he thing with me is I do not really like things reheated in a microwave. It is mostly the meat, I think t tastes funky when reheated in the micro.

TweetI used to only cook on Sunday for the entire week. But, I started cooking twice a week and it helps with the whole food reheating thing. Feels like my food is a bit fresher even when reheating when I cook twice a week.
TweetWe cook a bunch on one day and freeze what we wont use for a while and then take it out and let it thaw as needed. Luckily we work from home mostly so I'm spoiled most of the time and can re-heat things on the stove which makes it taste almost fresh, mmmm

Tweetdo all your carbs and veges 1-2 days a week and reheat them. cook your protein the day you are going to consume it and you should be good to go. that's how we do it and now i eat all of my food fresh except those two things. i dont think i could go back to reheated food haha
