Tweet1 month in of 6 days of post workout carbs only and 1 re feed day of high carbs and fats. Been running on 60g carbs every 6 days now. After re feed day lbs go up 3lbs then drop 5lbs 2 days later. Pic taken today with re feed planed for tomorrow.

TweetI'm going to try this out..i love eggs! But what's so good about this is you keep it simple and the same meal/food allows you to really pin down what's making the changes to your body...and then as every week goes by you introduce a new food /swap it for an egg white meal...and then you can see how that food effects your look and perfornance..
