TweetI do mine but really see no difference
TweetAnyone do their own B12 injections? For those that do, or have... Did you notice any significant benefits from it?
I'm thinking about picking some up and doing my own. At work, we have a nurse come by once a month or so who offers them, but I've never really been consistent with it. She was there this morning and I got one, so thinking about doing my own going forward to stay on top of it.

TweetI do my own 1 cc / 1000mg good stuff but as with all vitamins, unless you are low you wont notice. They are prophylactic.
TweetI have also seen studies even from NIH lately that show IM injections, oral and sublingual are all absorbed the same.
TweetThanks for all the responses everyone. Sorry for the late reply, it's been a week of being sick in our house. My wife then me lol.
I doubt that I'm deficient, so I'm figuring I won't notice much. I've been searching around and can't find inj B12 anyway, so I guess it's a no go.
Tweetsterile B12 can be easily at farm supply stores

TweetI felt nothing. I tried them hoping for energy increase. My lady got more benefits from it. They say women get more out of them than men.
