I think if you want a cross fit body or GQ type abs then ok but you will lose size! Strength sucked too!

I lost a little size but strength is way up. I have adjusted my fat intake, i wasnt eating enough. feeling and looking better. from what i have read fat is muscle sparing and i just wasnt getting the proper amount in at all
