TweetI've commented on this before, but for some people who can handle it, it def works and God bless them. I tried it and I was so hungry I couldn't stand it
TweetI've tried it before and I must say it was the best experience.
Tweettheir is tons of research that says it is terrible and some that says it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. i say pretty much anything is going to work as long as you stay consistent but i am also a firm believer in the more you suffer the less likely you are to be consistent

TweetIF decreases your chances for diseases. Less time that food is sitting there in your colon creating malignant tumors.

TweetThis will be a very hard prep. im going to keep protein at 120g a day. Thats not "bad" but i highly doubt ill be a light heavy again with that amount. Ill be using 125mg a week test cyp and that is it. i MAY use tren ace 100mg mon wed fri the last few weeks. so my diet training and cardio will be truly tested this time. 50 years old i dont expect too much muscle gain if any at all, i want a rounded, polished and conditioned look more than size.

Tweetlike the vid said it is way easier to do on a keto diet. Once fat adapted the body can go far longer without food as it is not burning carbs for fuel. Most people do not eat enough fat while truing keto and never really get fully into ketosis.
Good info, i think intermittent fasting is good.
here is another vid
