TweetFor me, IF is working very well. I feel so much better and my numbers (blood work) have improved. IF along with keto has helped lower my blood pressure, lower cholesterol, ive dropped 25lbs and feel fucking fantastic. I admit i do miss my carbs but keto is awesome. I may just go low carb here soon just to see what happens, i have lost some muscle mass on keto. especially in my legs

TweetBased on how busy I am I end up intermittent fasting BUT i made a co science effort in 2017 to really try it. I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN.
I think if you want a cross fit body or GQ type abs then ok but you will lose size! Strength sucked too!

TweetI lost a little size but strength is way up. I have adjusted my fat intake, i wasnt eating enough. feeling and looking better. from what i have read fat is muscle sparing and i just wasnt getting the proper amount in at all
