TweetI like the red delicious apples. I think that's actually what they're called too lol. Those always have the best sweet taste to me when eating just the apple. However, my mom always uses the granny smith apples when she makes apple pie, so I'm partial to those as well. They're a bit more tangy (I guess would be the word).
TweetGranny smith dipped in caramel , granny smith dipped in chocolate, granny smith dipped in cinnamon...Anything else that you can dip it in , im sure would be good lol
TweetI like fuji apples. crisp and fairly sweet.
honey crisp are amazing but almost too sweet. I like them as a desert but they are expensive
apple skins contain ursolic acid ("Ursolic Acid is a molecule found in apple peels, and in the Ayurveda herb known as Holy Basil. No human interventions exist right now, but ursolic acid appears to be a promising body recomposition agent; able to increase muscle mass and decrease fat mass.") As well as other health benefits. The actual meat of the fruit contains pectin which is a soluble fiber which is very good for gut health.
