I step on the scale every morning and yes it has totally messed my mind up throughout the years. I am just now reaching a point in my life where the number can be processed in a positive way in order to make progress. Now in my 50's at about 130# and wearing the same size I was wearing in my 20's at 114#. This has proven to me that my body composition has changed over the years. I weight train now but in my 20's largely used cardio and classes to stay in shape. Never giving up my scale though.
