TweetI have been taking 100mg DIM as part of a blend for the last 6 weeks, H.A.F. Black supplement. Cant really tell a thing from it personally.
TweetAnyone take on as part of their supplement regimen? I know you can obtain this by eating broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts etc. I feel it is always better to get things from beneficial foods, but supps sometimes are more helpful for some. nettle root tea is good also for estrogen dominance

TweetI've used it in the past and it wasn't really anything very noticeable. I know a lot of people used to mention Chrysin back in the day too and that never really did anything for me at all.
There's another called Indole 3 Carbinol. (I3C for short) I don't have much experience with this one and not familiar with the research behind it, but supposedly it also helps with estrogen.
TweetMy trt doc has supps that "naturally" reduce estrogen. one contains DIM. he gave me a bottle to try when we were in the first stage of my TRT and my free test was over 1500 ng/dl. I had a little bloating and my right nip had a tiny lump. i5t worked but not as fast as nolva or clomid.
