TweetEnergy is up a little. My leg had been bouncing non stop at my desk. My appetite seems slightly supressed. About 1.5hrs-2hrs after applying 6 pumps, I struggled today trying to eat this salad. Lol.. Seriously. Just chicken, romain lettuce, parm cheeese, a few croutons. This kinda Surprised me.
The gel dries so fast.. Maybe 1-2minutes after application. I would recommend using a glove when applying this. You definitely lose some during application due to how fast it is drying/being absorbed in your palm. My mood/ attitude seems to be up. Not sure if it is the androshred yet. I would like to say so but i need to test this more to be certain.
Im down 2lbs this week. Cardio has been good. Nothing crazy. The same for workouts. Nothing extra long . no 2 a days.
Nutrition is on point for the most part.
There are really some great reviews on this so far.
Not sure mine is doing it justice. But im truthful! And its only been a few days.. Stay tuned for more.

Down 4lbs. Sweating more . yesterday was an off day. Spent the first half of the day with my 2 sons at the minecraft convention in va. .. Then had a lil birthday party for them both!

Had to come into work last night 11-7.

Back today and for the rest of the week at 7p-7a.
