TweetGuns it may be just me , but when my sinuses are shit , I mix up garlic with lemon juice, blend it , and drink a tablespoon each hour . See if that doesn't help !!!

Tweetit is an awesome tool but unfortunately for my big ass my sinuses are to sensitive for frequent use. it literally makes me gag and throw up when i use it.
