Tweeti like the fiber content of brown but i have seen studies and write ups that say that you really dont get much of an impact from either and that they are both almost identical with the difference being nil. would you agree jipped? i know you are a super low carb guy. can you tell a difference in impact between the two

Tweetno, cannot tell a diff by feel but I know there is a 15-20% difference in their GI #. so i stick with brown. diet is a game of a bunch of little things culminating to one discernible change. so 10-15% here and 10-15% there all day will make a significant difference over a week
i am off keto for now. normally go on for 2 months.
