Whey Protein Isolate Micro filtrated unflavored and unsweetened mixed with 2 cups of fruity pebbles and some BCAA's. Not a fan of flavored protein.

TweetIt really depends . I might eat and wash it down with a weight gainer shake , or I might just skip the shake and eat . Or vise versa type of deal !!!
I make my own concoction when it comes to my post workout shake .
I'm thinking about trying a weight gainer protein with a whey isolate protein and a few other ingredients , see how that works !!!

I hear you on the flavored protein shakes. Some of them are absolutely horrible. I usually just stick to chocolate. Seems more consistent than a lot of the other exotic flavors.
