Tweetthe nectar has closer to the optimum doses of nac ala and hawthorne but the damage control actually has tudca in it but it has much lower doses of the other things. so idk man i like to get to about 1g of nac and ala as well as right around a gram of hawthorne as well. so for me i just take 99% of my stuff individually in powder form. it's cheaper and easier for me to do it that way

yep that would give you close to what i would personally consider optimum dosage on the ingredients. i will tell you like this and i have played around with them for a few years now. with what i take with my organ protection stuff and cardio. i have damn near perfect in range values on everything. that is even on a heavy run with a couple orals. liver values will get a few points out of range but within 8 or less most of the time. so it works for me and dosing above what i do only upsets my stomach. something also to toss out there. you want to take these things as far away from training as possible. a lot of them have great anti inflamatory properties and this will hinder progress you are making in the gym. some believe this to be true and some dont but their are lots of studies that say not to take them close to training. so i always go that route

Damage control eas my go to gor years. Then they had a batch go out that was causing bad stuff to happen to you. I did a log about it. Wasnt sure it was that until the detailed log . even did it to myself twice.. To be certain... What an idiot i was. Many people had gotten sick. greg handled things professionally but since then i never see it in stock. I stayed away for a long time because of it . they ended up. Giving me cel tudca/ cel cycle assist as replacement.
