Thought I would share how I eat on my early workout days. I lift at 9:30am one week and 5:30pm the next. So this is my early week plan because I work my job this week from 12-8pm Mon-Fri. Over the years I found eating the same shit at the same time works best for me.

5am - BCAA's
7am - 14 egg whites, 2 packs grits, 1tbs olive oil mixed together
9am - BCAA's
9:30am - Lift
10:30am - 50g whey mixed with 1 1/2 cups Fruity Pebbles in h2o
12am - get to work eat 6oz chicken, 1 sweet potato, 0 fat
2-2:30pm - 2 cans tuna, 1 pack grits, 8 almonds
5pm - same protein as last 2 meals, 16 almonds, 1tbs natural peanut butter,veggies
8pm - same protein as last 3 meals, 1 tbs natural peanut butter
10pm - 14 egg whites, BCAA's
