I've been so bad over the holidays, and it just kept going after. Just eating way too many sweets. Gained a bit around the gut, so I'm doing the Adkins for a few weeks. I've done lower carb days, but never long term.
I started Monday. I've been eating eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage, hamburgers, gallons of almond milk with my low carb protein shakes. I've been just shoveling this stuff in till I'm full. Since Monday, I'm already down 3 pounds!
My goal is of course not to do this forever, just to end up eating more normal than all the sweets like before.

Has anyone else done Adkins or low carb for 2-4 weeks or longer? And if so, how did it go for you?
