Tweetyes a small amount of test for women is needed also
TweetAt the time in my life where i feel I need to add this. There are a few different reasons, but I would like opinions from you. I have Fuzo, and my own, thoughts on it. I didn't want to ask because i know I will get different answers, and that sometimes just confuses me more, lol. While test is not the only part of HRT for women, it is still an essential one, imo. Docs tend to just want to throw us women on some estrogen progesterone combo with no test added. Thoughts?
thanks

TweetAgreed have had wife on low test for 5 years she is much happier full of energy and no depression
TweetI never knew about hrt for women that included test. Sorry I can't help ya on this baby1
Tweetguys, I know it helps and this and that. I am asking for advice here. I have been on hormones before for other reasons but never any test. Any insight would be appreciated.

TweetMany docs do not think so either, but some do, especially a doc who prescribes bio-identical hormones. I have a doc who will prescribe but I would like to go in there with a specific request and see where it takes me

TweetSeems like this a yearly question for you. Love you so much. Take .5 of prop everyday like Trixie does and if it causes sides just stop. Has made our lives much better.

TweetI should always go with my first thought...told ya so fuzo

TweetYou are right Skeletor, no conventional HRT includes test. Women have been on steroids for this since the early 60's. Still they have very few personalized solutions for HRT. Everyone here knows what works for me if you have been following. Estrogen is DEAD after child bearing years. Progesterone is supposed to spur test production. Long way around in my opinion. If you can't pull the trigger on small daily injections of Prop I suggest finding a Doc that is informed on Bio-Identicals. This doc can monitor your blood levels and recommend a special mix of hormones that should help, made by a mixing Pharmacy usually in a patch form or monthly injections. You could go for months or years figuring out the right mix, depends on the Doc.

TweetMany things I have had to consider here. I am informed on bio-identicals but do not necessarily have to go that route. I will hit guns up as he always helps without a jab

TweetThere are many here who are knowledgeable, and helpful, including Fuzo. He just has a different way of going about it

TweetMuch to my dismay; over the years if I had listened to my husband 'The first time' I would be miles ahead of where I am now.
