TweetI just wanted your guys opinions. I'm gonna start cutting up and have been doing some research and I'm thinking of doing the following supps. Tell me what you think:
CLA - 3000mg / ED
NYC - Not sure of the quantities yet (morning, before workout)
r-ALA - 3000 mg / ED
Sodium Usniate - 1000 mg / ED at bedtime
I just want to know if these would be OK taking them all together and if the amounts should be modified.
