TweetIve tried all sorts over the years from the basic fish oils, krill oils, and the salmon oils. I find I like the salmon oils the best. just my personal choice. vitacost or Costco are my go to for them

TweetAlways have my fish oil in the mix. I've used so many different brands over the years. Just picked up some of the Vitamin Shop brand (they had a sale) recently and like it so far.

I read cod liver oil is fantastic as it contains several necessary vitamins as well like A and D and contains not only EPA and DHA but ALA

it should be taken at a lower dose to prevent too much A and D

TweetDo you have to get straight liquid or is gel caps okay? I was getting natures made triple strength from the grocery store for a while and just taking like 9 a day. i'm still not even sure if I was getting a sufficient dose.
