TweetAnd here is another. why not take 5000 iu ED? it is cheap and the more the research done on it the more important it seems to be. It is not going to make you feel better today but 25 years down the road, it is cheap insurance.

No seriously though, I've heard the same thing about Vitamin D. Stan "the rhino" Efferding made a youtube video talking about the importance of Vitamin D.
I don't know much about it though. Is it just something that the body pisses out if it doesn't absorb it all or can high quanities be dangerous to the body like some other vitamins.
