TweetSo I went to my graston appt, but the Dr said that graston wasn't going to fix my issue he said without a doubt my proble is a nerve issue so we are going to work on getting that fixed. Now he did tell me once we get the nerve issue taken care of that the graston will work wonders for my shoulders. And lack of mobility. He laughed and said your as limber as a piece of angle iron.

TweetHe wants me to get my x rays that I have already have done so he can see. Then he has a table that will stretch me out and twist me at the same time to focus on that particular area. He told me the name if the table, and I can't remember the name. I have been to a lot of chiropractors in my life. And this guy seemed like he was from this century. Lol.
