Avocado oil

TweetMy most recent purchase. I am going to replace my cooking with olive oil, with this for a it. Using it on my skin, as well. Anyone use this?

Tweeti use coconut oil exclusively. the lipid and health benefits are the main reason why i dont change it up. the stuff is amazing and i even eat it when i dont need to cook with it for my healthy fat intake

i used it for awhile too and still keep it in the cabinet but it started to make me itch and kills my tummy. Hoping this one is one I can handle

maybe try some different preps of it. may be something in the processing of what you got making it upset your stomach. if i stop using it for a few days it wrecks my stomach also but mine is super beligerent with any changes i make to my diet. i may take a look at the avocado oil as well just for some variation to mine as well. may be a good alternative to fish oils with the omegas and a good way to get rid of people's fish burps

I honestly think I just started by putting to much in my shakes. A good clean out is not really bad,lol, but the cramps I can do without. Maybe i will try again with a small amount and go from there. It has so many amazing benes. Skin, hair, nutrition etc. I recommend it to many for different things.
