Tweetonly supplement i use is an intra as a matter of fact inra md. it has aminos in it as well as carbs. it does make all the difference in the world when it comes to recovery. i have no need to supplement with bcaa or any other aminos at any other point of the day because i eat on a constant basis

TweetScivation Xtens is ny far my favorite and i think the best. I just love the way it tastes. Although i dont always use it because supplements start to add up and im not 100 percent sure whether its worth using or not. I moreso just like to have it to drink while im training but i vant tell if its actually doing anything.

save some fundage brother and get you a jug of intra md for your slin use. you can toss a little smidge of gatorade powder in there if you want but it isnt necessary. you can get you protein and carbs driven into the muscle without the worry of adding fat as well as leaving the gym already in position for positive gains
