TweetLast Wed caught a stomach bug that kept from eating for a couple of days. Then went to the gym Friday evening to do some back. While still warming up on t-bar rows. Out goes my back. Went to chiropractor Monday doc said the issue was with the 3rd lumbar area. Lots of pain. Go back Wednesday morning. I know this is something we just endure in what we do. But it blows I'm always very careful and warm up more than needed. Guess I should be grateful it happened warming up and not during the heavy sets lol

Tweethey man, ditch the chiro and find someone in your area that does graston work. trust me, it will change your life literally after one treatment. i havent been to the chiro since i started having it done on me and i have no need to at all

Tweetit's kind of like deep tissue work but 100x more effective but also 100x more painful. so what they do is they have a bunch of these little tools. they go into the tissue with these tools where you have scar tissue and adhessions built up and the bust that stuff up. so when they get the stuff smooth again the muscles and everything around them move and contract in the manner in which they are supposed to. same thing goes for tendons and bones. that's a basic breakdown on it. i have a couple threads on it in the injjured forum. a few members here have had it done as well. just to give you an idea of how bad mine was. i was blown up by a mortar in 06 that compressed 3 of my verts and tailbone basically tearing my back up really bad. so i f i move a certain way or my hips shift during a lift i am damn near crippled for weeks. well i jacked it doing some squats and i went in to see a lady that does the technique. she opened my spine up 2in on the first treatment and i have been squatting and deadlifting pain free ever since. i had my back fixed 100% in only 4 treatments. i have also had my legs and entire upper body done as well. now i get a session on my entire body done after 5-6 wks and i am good to go. i havvent had to see my chiro in close to a year

Tweetno problem man. i just bumped them up for you. i will caution you well in advance it hurts like a mother fucker during the treatment. no exaggerating at all it sucks bad but once they are done it is good as new. well worth the suffering during the procedure for the end result for sure

Tweetlmao man. you remember you said that. i have a super high pain tolerance and when she hit my tail bone, my internal external obliques and my adductors, yeah my pain tolerance went entirely away and i felt like a little girl. bad thing is she didnt stop and got it finished. i literally thought i was going to crush my own teeth when she was on my adductors and my balls literally shot up inside of me. no joke brutal but smooth as butter that evening and the following day. it added in some pretty sweet detail as a side effect to boot haha

TweetEvery time I feel that I have reached a new tolerance in pain. God makes sure I don't get to comfortable. But my physique has consistently gotten better so I just grin and bear it.
