Looking to get a full hormone panel done soon. Feel like my sex drive has been down lately and just have a feeling my levels are not at a good place. I have a PPO that requires no referrals so I'd like to find an endo on my own. My PCP is a pain in that ass when I ask for anything. Not sure why he is so hesitant to do anything I ask. I never go to the doc unless it is really needed but he acts like I'm a hypochondriac if I asked for anything.
Not sure about the best way to research a good one I can chat with.
I don't do well in the heat and have been feeling crazy fatigue lately, not sure what it's from. Plus I can tell my sex drive has plummeted. Last year after pulling teeth I got my PCP to add to testosterone my lipid test and he just put in for a total T only and it came in at 380.
No major cycle history. I have just ran a few test only cycles throughout the years and haven't done anything in 3 years besides a little gh run recently.
Also any advice on what I should say about why I want to know my growth, test, levels etc...?

Cool MM, guess I will just look up a doc close by and hopefully they are good.
I should be looking for an endocrinologist correct?
Must be sites like yelp that rate docs. I've never looked into it.

yeah man. if you dont need a ref then just find a endo. if they dont do what you want and treat the patient and not the numbers, then go elsewhere. most endos are good to go though. i got mine through a sports specialty doc haha

Cool, thats mostly what this post is about. How should I go about finding a decent endo? Google? Sports medicine etc.?
I don't want to go through my PCP especially because I don't have to.
Like to have one that's cool and open minded. First of all see what's up with the numbers.

you could try google. what i did is talk to people in and around the gym (the older guys of course haha). they will steer you in the right direction. we are lucky here because we got a clinic that has sports docs that specialize in damn near everything. they have ortho, endo, internal med, and damn near everything else inside of one practice. all the docs are cool as hell and all have or come from some form of sports background. even the general pract side is good to go. i had to wait for an opening for a new patient to even get in with them. that's how popular they are and that's what you want to try to find. they wont write everything down and judge you so you can be honest with them and tell them what you do or would like to do and they will work with you as much as they can

I would call a corner emergicare place and see if you went in if he could write a script for blood work. Its $165 for a visit, but at least you'd have your bloodwork script.
