      What do you all do for your prostate?
      I take saw palmetto, but am looking into other things to add.
      Pygeum, Stinging Nettles and DIM are some things I am going to add.

      I recently started using ligandrol, and one of the benefits that I have gotten out of it is a much improved prostate. Was not expecting this at all, but very happy with the results went from dribbling and never feeling like I was quite done pissing to pissing like I did in my early 30's and late 20's. I'm about to run out going to be interesting to see if things go back to how they were.
