Tweeti would say imho that the best approach would be first thing in the am on an empty stomach and about 20-30min before bed. either or or both. i try to keep it as far away from training as possible due to the anti inflamatory properties. we dont want to blunt all the training stimulus completely

TweetI was thinking the same thing myself. I do ACV with metamucil every morning with breakfast and sometimes with dinner depending on what I eat.
TweetIs Metamucil good to take regularly? Is that why you take it to help with detox? I have some but I rarely use it, mostly because I just forget to.

TweetAgreed. Also a male is suppose to consume around 30-35 grams of fiber a day. No way in hell do I get that much fiber. I don't eat alot of grains, so I add this into the mix to bump up fiber intake. Of course more fiber in the diet will result in what Guns mentioned, improved gut health and better lipid profile. Also more fiber in your diet helps keep your blood sugar more stable.
