i never had an issue making gains personally but i will tell you what i did in my younger days. i used to map out my numbers for the off season and break them down over my 6-8 meals per day. after i hit all those for the day i would eat anything and everything i wanted for the remainder of the night. that included midnight snacking with oatmeal cream pies moon pies, cookes or whatever i had in the panrty. i mean i absolutely housed some stuff for real. only time i cut back is when i lost complete sight of my top 4 abs. no way in hell i can pull that off today, i look at more than 2 cheats a week and i get fat as hell and my bp goes through the roof
