TweetCellTech !!! I don't know about it now , but when I first started taking that shit post workout , it used to taste like shit . Not to mention the BLOAT I got frm it !!!! Crazy stomach pains . And holy shit did I put on a lot of miles on the toilet bowl !!!! But u know people swore by it !!! So I was like it has to be good . But fuck that shit , I know better now . If it makes my stomach hurt then in the garbage it goes !!!
