I always see deals on vitamins but never really know what I should add to my daily regime.

Tweeti do the multi from natures way, i like it. salmon oil for my omegas mostly. dr.udos i think is his name got some good oil vitamins.. those are staples but i do the BCAA, aminos and probotics as well but not as regularly. i sample here and there with all kinds

TweetJust talking vitamins. I take half a multi 2x daily. Extra E for heart and anti oxidant. Extra C antioxidant, I will cycle other vitamins as the situation seems to need. Along with vitamins I take fish oils, coq10 and my ped's.
