TweetA buddy of mine who is Italian said his mom always said to eat celery for your lungs. I had bronchitis the past few weeks and after he told me this I did some research. Apparently celery is really good for your bronchilas. I have added it to my breakfast (1 stalk). I dont eat anything on it. If anything it adds some fiber to my diet.

havnt tried cream cheese yet either. I like the PB because of the fats and protien!
