Any recommendations out there to help me get some sleep?

I'm exhausted during the day because I get very little sleep. And what sleep I do get is often times restless.

      Thanks everyone.

      Spikes out!

melatonin valerine root and or gaba. 360 cut makes a product called 360 dreams that's pretty good as well as prime nutrition's sleep gh. if you want to get hard core black stone labs makes one called enethtsized(sp) that is absolutely insane. it is about as potent as script meds

I've tried Tylenol PM, melatonin and unisom. I will check out some of the others listed.

I figured the Tren-somnia would have gone away by now.

Lemon Balm, Chamomile and tart cherry. I take 2 caps of each and I fall right to sleep. All natural and no grogginess in the morning. (Tart cherry is high in melatonin)

Kratom does work very well. Stay away from Ambien that stuff put me in a haze for the whole day after I took it

Ambien is so bad. I have known people who sleep walk on it or send bizarre text messages at 3 in the morning. Ambien makes people cray cray

i use low dose lunesta with no issues. i damn sure dont take it every day but it works decent for me. then again i dont tolerate stuff that makes you sleepy very well so i need baby doses on pretty much everything. ambein made me sleep for 2 days and i dont remember anything from those 2 days or the day after. scary stuff for sure

i use the supps i listed above daily:

      gaba
      melatonin
      valarine root

or one of the combos of ready made products. the enthestasized is stupid potent btw. and zinc also works for some people also, or i have been told it does

I combine Melatonin / L-theanine and it works pretty well for me. Helps keep me relaxed and stay sleep. Benadryl knocks me out and makes it hard for me to get up in the morning.

I've heard of Blackstone's Anesthetized and thought about giving it a try.
