Both with food and empty stomach. I take it 3 times a day, more if I have joint pain or muscle soreness. It never bothers my stomach, but with food might be best at first

I buy swanson brand, but there are a lot of good companies. I use swanson brand myself, but mainly because its cheap. You can get 60 capsules for about $5. Thats cheap health insurance.

I just bought Mercola brand. I have to watch what they add to supps cause things bother me

TweetUpdate so far. Well I do believe that this has helped my whole body inflammation a bit. I have had a low grade fever and severe facial pain daily for a couple of years now. I haven't had the daily fevers anymore and the facial pain is still there but not as bad. It could be a combo of things but I do believe this has helped.
