their is zero fat and cholesterol in egg beaters man. and yes you can drink them if that's how you choose to take them in. i am not drinking anything that i can get a full belly eating myself. not being hungry is a plus in my book

Not true...straight up liquid protein and like the ones I get are tasteless! Mix 1-2 cups whites and 1 scoop protein powder, shake and drink.

TweetYes, egg beaters are just egg whites iirc. I used to order egg beaters and oatmeal at Village Inn after working out next door at Better Bodies in Denver. I drove by that gym the other day and it is now a Wal Mart. Sad.

TweetTried them all over the years. Muscle egg tastes the best straight. But im a sugar junkie. Havent drank any in a long while . Do the whites from winco 4.76 is the cheapest I can find them I cook one cup whites 2 farm whole eggs minimum every morning.

And yes the worst farts ever.. but plan it right and it can work in your favor..lol

there have been many write ups on the difference between cooked and raw can't remember specifically what they intaled but cooked won with digestion and ubsorbsion or something... I like eggs all ways and every day.
