TweetYea thats what i was wondering too is if you can drink egg beaters because they arent double pasteurized. So egg beaters put back the fat and cholesterol of regular eggs?
I dont think we want that added back into our diet..

TweetNot true...straight up liquid protein and like the ones I get are tasteless! Mix 1-2 cups whites and 1 scoop protein powder, shake and drink.
TweetYes, egg beaters are just egg whites iirc. I used to order egg beaters and oatmeal at Village Inn after working out next door at Better Bodies in Denver. I drove by that gym the other day and it is now a Wal Mart. Sad.
TweetTried them all over the years. Muscle egg tastes the best straight. But im a sugar junkie. Havent drank any in a long while . Do the whites from winco 4.76 is the cheapest I can find them I cook one cup whites 2 farm whole eggs minimum every morning.
And yes the worst farts ever.. but plan it right and it can work in your favor..lol
