Also you said you had just eaten, so your glucose levels are probably okay. I thought that was in a fasted state and imo that is high to be in a 8-12 hour fasted state.

Guns - did you tell your doc that you were doing low carbs for that period?
not doing low carbs man haha, my carbs are high as hell, i just eliminated all sugar intake for 2wks just to take a peak at my sensitivity and how well i was firing. she was aware of me not taking any sugar in at all and i only landed at 60 so she said that is spot on for good insulin sensitivity.

Do you take anything for insulin sensitivity? Just curious.

ala, nac, tudca and cinnamon man. the better your liver is functioning the better your insulin sensitivity. that alongside very very low sugar intake except for one meal a wk(normally) and it is apparently working very well
Re: My Blood work results are in!!
triglycerides are WAY high! add more omega 3 fatty acids, cut sugar out. less bad fat, more cardio
HDL is low but can be brought up with 1 gram of NO FLUSH niacin morning and night. more cardio
and your LH is nonexistent. because i assume you have been on for a good while? no biggie until you come off. .1 is lower than me and I was on TRT for a super long time

My AST or ALT I forget which one always come back low. Like out of range low. I questioned my doc about this and she assured me it was probably because my liver was functioning so well. I tried doing research on this via google a while back and came back with nothing.
It is usually low from the enzymes being high for a while until the liver stops working correctly and then they fall off.
I wonder if I have a damaged liver?
I have never drank much, been severely obese, or done crazy heavy cycles. So not sure what to account this for. But for over 2 years now or ever since it was checked this number is always low or borderline low.
Re: My Blood work results are in!!
I once had a non fasting glucose test and the number was 59. the doc said that was a bit low and he also told me that can happen if the blood sits for awhile before pick up. Haven't been that low again yet, when tested
Re: My Blood work results are in!!
I was reading up on that but yea, i eat very clean and i never eat sweets so im not sure whats up with that.
I dont do much cardio overall, ive been doing about 10min a day for the last week to atleast do something.
