      I use them. 8:1:1 ratio from Modern BCAA+
      They help with all the above mentioned, but my soreness is virtually non existent. I have a couple of tubs left and Im going to use them up. EOD works fine for me but after reading some of the suggestions here, I will do it daily

      EOD pretty much means with every workout....didnt see an edit tab

      I take them first thing in the AM, and sip them pre, intra, post workout!

      Yeah, love em and feel like a caged animal without them sometimes. I think the body craves what's better for it. I've been a long time -long time, user of protein and bcaa's. I think the timing can be essential and complete substitution does avoid bloat as mentioned above. That's a huge deal when you're trying to compact your core.

      I believe they are super beneficial. You can tell a big difference when using them throughout your day. To not using them. Also, taking them during your workout vs not taking them. I also, prefer a mix of eaa's with mine.

      I just drank humapro like 30 minutes ago and can't think of the flavor, I've tried just about all of them that I know of......peach mango is what I have now I think

      they are all good, tbh alri makes chain'd out and their green apple is amazing, I wish that same flavor was used for humapro but their appletini seems a bit different....could be the other ingredients in the product that alter the flavoring

      I ended up getting Modern BCAAs and been on for a month or two. Love them. I do believe they make a difference.
