I'm a huge fan of intraworkouts....I used them for like 2 months a few years back, didn't think I noticed anything, then I stopped using them and that's when I noticed a drop off in my endurance at the gym...ever since then I've used bcaa's, bcaa/eaa and everything in between

some of the best I've used are
      bulk bcaa
      I force compete
      alri humapro

I couldn't picture myself training without an intra workout

I have been using NOSynthesize as my intraworkout for years and would go without it. It is carb free but sometimes I will add some cytocarb or Karolyn depending on my budget and if I'm cutting back on carbs. I also always include MCT oil in my pre and intraworkout drinks.
